The New Business development department is responsible for expanding our portfolio of clients by helping them to grow their business based on our solutions. In your role, you will be responsible for your own group of customers, but also supporting the other colleagues in the team by gaining insights, preparing presentations and creating relevant topics to share with our customers. This will help the whole team to be the outstanding partner to create the best solutions that fit the customer's needs.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a strategic sales network, based on trust and support, to serve them with Circana solutions and data. Be the professional partner for senior customers Support the team with gaining insights, which can be shared with our customers Support the team in preparing presentations with potential customers Be the project owner for the manager on several team related projects Build business cases on how to reach out to non-circana prospects. Steer cross-functional teams to create the best customer satisfaction. Able to cope with complex customer situations and develop the best possible solution. Able to setup complex solutions/projects for senior prospects. Contribute to the Circana Brand Positioning. Strong analytics empowerment to turn every situation into a business opportunity. Deliver input for meetings regarding the positioning of Circana in the market. Continuous improvement of the New Business presentations and proposals. Share expertise within the team, as a target to create added value advice. Responsible for personal revenue target, as the department target Co-develop the New Business Development strategy.
