Binnen Detecting Financial Crime (DFC) hebben we alle activiteiten rond het tegengaan van witwassen, terrorisme financiering en corruptie samengebracht. Door kennis, expertise en krachten te bundelen, zijn we beter in staat financiële criminaliteit te weren en nieuwe ontwikkelingen het hoofd te bieden. Nieuwe technologie is zowel een kans als een bedreiging. Hierdoor kunnen wij ons opsporingswerk verbeteren maar maakt het ook de georganiseerde misdaad steeds geavanceerder. 'DFC' is dan ook een 'ongoing process' dat het uiterste vraagt van onze expertise. Als Functional Specialist "Know Your Client" start je binnen het procesdomein van DFC, namelijk het Client Review proces. Client Review richt zich op bestaande klanten waarbij je taak bestaat uit het Periodiek Reviewen (PR) van Corporate Banking relaties als het uitvoeren van Event Driven Reviews (EDR). ABN AMRO Is op zoek naar analisten waar men dossiers behandelt voor Financial Institutions. Financial Institutions klanten bestaan uit grote internationale banken, asset managers, pensioenfondsen, private equity bedrijven en 'payment service providers'. Deze bedrijven brengen vaak een complexe structuur, interessante geografische risico's en andere leuke uitdagingen met zich mee. Bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van sancties, adverse media of tax. Vanwege de internationale aard van deze klanten schrijven deze teams Engelstalige dossiers en vaak is de voertaal in het team ook Engels. Tevens zijn deze teams vaak gevestigd in Rotterdam. Tevens zijn wij op zoek naar versterking in ons team Business Services/Healthcare/Business Services Specials. Heb jij ervaring of affiniteit met complexe internationale bedrijfsstructuren en heb je een breed interessegebied? Misschien ben jij dan geschikt voor ons BS/HC/BSS team. In dit team worden dossiers behandeld specifiek met betrokkenheid van private equity, internationale aandeelhouderschappen, gezondheidszorg en/of trustkantoren. Deze dossiers zijn veelal complex en de klanten voor dit segment zijn actief in alle bedrijfssectoren waardoor elk dossier weer nieuwe uitdagingen meebrengt. Vanwege de internationale aard van deze klanten is de communicatie met de klanten veelal in het Engels. De voertaal in het team is Nederlands.Functie-eisen Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau; Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar expliciete kennis en ervaring binnen het KYC/CDD vakgebied als analist OF minimaal 3 jaar inhoudelijk relevante werkervaring (bijvoorbeeld accountmanagement) binnen de sector financiële instellingen; Kennis en ervaring om risico's, (complexe) juridische bedrijfsstructuren en productenrange te analysen; Ervaring met KYC en CDD klantprocessen; Kennis, ervaring of affiniteit van en met het schrijven van een duidelijke analyse is een pré; Kennis van Corporate Banking is een pré; Kennis, ervaring of affiniteit van en met het schrijven van dossiers voor diverse sectoren is een pre; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en schrift (zowel in algemene zin als in relatie tot het vakgebied); Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en schrift (zowel in algemene zin als in relatie tot het vakgebied); Je beschikt over analytisch denkvermogen en vaardigheden.
