Deze kunnen ook worden gekoppeld aan een ATS. Jij helpt dagelijks klanten met hun vragen die via het ticketsysteem binnenkomen. Deze vragen hebben betrekking tot hun Jobposting account en aangezien iedere klantomgeving uniek is ingericht, mag je elke keer een technische puzzel oplossen om de klant zo goed mogelijk te helpen. Je houdt je daarnaast bezig met het uitvoeren van implementaties voor ons product waarbij je een klant van A tot Z begeleidt in de technische koppelingen richting go live. Je geeft uiteindelijk ook trainingen aan klanten om ze verder op weg te helpen in hun account. Kortom, een brede rol met veel klantcontact en veel afwisseling. Je hebt 4 collega’s waarmee je samen een team vormt en dagelijks contact hebt. Jullie overleggen in hoofdlijnen welke implementaties en klantcases er lopen en of er nog acties nodig zijn vanuit de Sales collega’s. Samen bespreken jullie de workload en wat verder ter tafel komt, zoals complexe klantcases en structurele issues waarvoor jullie samen aan een oplossing denken. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mogelijk mee? Het helpt zeker als je al support ervaring hebt in een technische omgeving maar het is geen must.
