    With the ongoing developments in physics and industry the requirements for performance of these TEM microscopes are continuously growing.
    As Senior Project Manager you work within a hard-working multi-disciplinary, and you are responsible to deliver successful projects and highly performing teams. You handle all dependencies between projects and/or programs and to build bridges to secure gate adherence.
    In your role, you showcase good knowledge of sophisticated systems and promote Practical Process Improvements with high impact potential. You possess authority level in your field of competence and are able to influence your environment to get things done.

    • Programming and execution of projects, like System Integration, large Modules, and NSRs for the SEMI portfolio.
    • Implement meticulous review processes and set clear expectations around the key results of the projects.
    • Consistency to the Product Management Process and defined delivery schedules.
    • Handle the requirements and collaborate with multi-functional teams including marketing, manufacturing, service, and finance to ensure breakthrough specifications to be delivered.
    • Supply to the R&D budgeting process by providing financial/budgetary analysis.
    • Manage the program scope within the agreed budget, timeline, and quality.
    • Vet, evaluate, and champion to others new insights for potential product concepts using intelligent risk-taking and innovation tools.
    • Leads others to refine own ideas and ideas of others and look for alliances.
    • Participate and promote intellectual property related idea generation and development.Qualifications
    The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:
    • Typically requires a University Degree in Physics, Engineering, or related field.
    • Typically requires 10+ years of work experience, of which you have worked in similar low volume high tech industry.• Preferably PMI certified (PMP)• 7+ years confirmed experience in systems or subsystems project management, with ambition to continue to grow in a role as Sr. Staff Project Manager.
    • Consistent track record to lead complicated engineering projects through a defined product development process.
    • Ability to build consensus among key collaborators that may not be under your management control.
    • Strong communication is required due to the multi-functional nature of this role. Explaining business and, technical concepts to a variety of audiences energizes you.
    • Ability to lead and assign specific duties and build a constructive and coordinated working relationship.
