As an essential member of Trouw Nutrition's Research and Development Team, the R&D Project Officer is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, overseeing projects, and promoting collaboration within the organization. • At least 3 years of practical (daily) experience in on-farm poultry businesses, able to identify spot on farm related challenges during a field visit.
• Practical person, high attention to detail and accuracy and strong problem-solving skills.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field, specializing in poultry domain. We will consider experience and education combination.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English is required and Arabic/French would be an advantage.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to customers in geographical focus area Middle East + (North) Africa territory.
• Being comfortable to talk in front of a group or in a 1-1 session with a farmer.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, organizational skills. Superior customer focus and ability to follow-up skills.

As an essential member of Trouw Nutrition's Research and Development Team, the R&D Project Officer is responsible for leading strategic initiatives, overseeing projects, and promoting collaboration within the organization. This role reports directly to the TN R&D Quality Assurance and HSE Manager .
