Jouw rol Als Adviseur Zorg & Implementatie heb je een hart voor de zorg en begeleidt je alle betrokkenen in een soepel implementatieproces. Je schakelt snel en bewaakt het overzicht, zodat de zorgmedewerkers zich kunnen bezig houden met wat ze het liefste doen: zorgen voor mensen. Snel schakelen tussen verschillende projecten, locaties, organisatielagen en disciplines. Reflecteren op het proces, je collega's en jezelf! Zo verbeteren we onszelf elke dag. Te midden van een dynamische omgeving, houd jij je hoofd cool en bewaak je de structuur. Zo is er overzicht voor alle betrokken partijen. Jouw doel is om zoveel mogelijk zorgmedewerkers blij te maken met de Momo BedSense App. Je draagt bij aan betere zorg voor bewoners van verpleeghuizen en verlaging van de werkdruk voor medewerkers. ±6 dagdelen per week on the road! Je bent vaak bij zorglocaties in jouw regio, en hebt af en toe digitaal of telefonisch contact. ️ Je onderhoudt contact met zorgmedewerkers, behandelaars, locatiemanagers, en af en toe het bestuur over het verloop van de implementatie.
