Applicatie beheer: Het beheren van de applicaties waar jij verantwoordelijke voor bent om een naadloze dagelijkse operatie te waarborgen en het spelen van een cruciale rol in het projectteam of bij upgrades.
Aansturen leveranciers: Het onderhouden van een nauwe samenwerking met externe leveranciers en het stellen van duidelijke verwachtingen en monitort de voortgang van issues.
Proactieve ondersteuning collega's: Het bieden van actieve ondersteuning aan collega's bij het gebruik van de applicaties. Verzorg trainingen en documentatie om het begrip en de efficiëntie te vergroten.

Als IT Systeembeheerder rapporteer je aan de IT-manager en zorg je voor een stabiele infrastructuur. Je ziet problemen voordat de eindgebruikers dit melden en je weet op een gestructureerde manier oplossingen te bedenken die passen bij het IT-landschap en bij de business. Binnen een project neem je het voortouw door een gedegen projectplan op te stellen. Loop je toch tegen issues aan, dan weet je de situatie prima in het Nederlands aan je directe collega's en in het Engels aan je IT-collega's in Duitsland en Italië uit te leggen. Natuurlijk weet je alles over de verschillende Windows componenten, ben je bekend met netwerken en infrastructuur, de telefooncentrale, mobiele telefonie en applicaties. Je toont initiatief en je communiceert makkelijk in alle lagen van de organisatie. Je hebt ruime ervaring met de standaard ITIL-processen en je kan goed Out of the Box denken. Wat ga je doen? Jouw rol als Product Owner

Als Product Owner zorg je ervoor dat de softwareoplossingen van Deli-Home aansluiten bij de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Jij bent degene die de vertaalslag maakt tussen business requirements en technische uitvoering, waarbij je voortdurend de impact van keuzes beoordeelt en prioriteiten stelt op basis van toegevoegde waarde. Je bewaakt de backlog, coördineert de planning van sprints en zorgt voor een soepele doorstroming van werk binnen het development team. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
• Strategie en visie: Je draagt bij aan de lange termijn ontwikkeling van onze software en levert input voor strategische beslissingen.
• Backlogmanagement: Je verzamelt input uit verschillende productgroepen en prioriteert deze op basis van de maximale waarde voor Deli-Home.
• Stakeholdermanagement: Je schakelt dagelijks met interne stakeholders, zoals productmanagers en projectmanagers, en zorgt dat zij inzicht hebben in de voortgang van projecten.
• Planning en realisatie: Je zorgt ervoor dat work items (epics, user stories) tijdig en duidelijk worden uitgewerkt en dat ze goed aansluiten op de sprintplanning van het development team.
• Procesoptimalisatie: Samen met de Software Development Manager verbeter je de werkprocessen en zorg je voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Als IT manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het meer toekomstgericht opzetten en beheren van het applicatielandschap wat helpt in de verwezenlijking van de (internationale) groeiambities van de organisatie. Centraal hierbij staan de verbetering van de klantbeleving en een efficiëntere aanpak van processen. Je bent in staat om een analyse te maken van de huidige situatie, weet wat nodig is voor de toekomst en vertaalt dit naar een strategie. Vervolgens weet je deze strategie om te zetten naar een concrete roadmap die je - samen met het IT team en externe partners - uitvoert en beheerd. Wat wordt er van je verwacht? Zorgen voor optimalisatie van IT- uitgaven; Het garanderen van beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van systemen en netwerken. Onderdeel hiervan is ook de implementatie van een effectief incident- en support proces; Intern verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en verder uitbouwen van het IT team waarbij op een inspirerende en coachende manier leiding wordt gegeven en waarbij verbinding met de (commerciële) organisatie centraal staat; Extern verantwoordelijk voor de selectie en aansturing van IT leveranciers en externe partners. Hierbij ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het onderhandelen van contracten en SLA's voor externe IT- diensten; Zorgdragen dat het IT-beleid en de IT-procedures van de organisatie up-to- date zijn en voldoen aan de industrienormen en -regelgeving.

Je zult in vier weken worden opgeleid tot een erkende testspecialist. Uiteraard begin je met de basis waar je testmethodieken gaat leren en relevante certificeringen behaalt (TMap en ISTQB). Ook zal je bekend worden met Agile/Scrum werken en maak je kennis met test-tools als Selenium en SoapUI. Daarnaast word je de basis van programmeren, security en SQL bijgebracht. Als consultant werk je vier dagen per week aan Identity & Access Management (IAM)-opdrachten voor klanten. Je zult betrokken zijn bij meerdere klantprojecten, waarbij je minimaal één dag per week aan een specifiek project werkt. De planning van deze afspraken wordt voor jou geregeld door het projectcoördinatieteam. Een standaardproject duurt vijf dagen, verdeeld over een periode van tien tot twaalf weken. Voordat je zelfstandig aan IAM-opdrachten gaat werken, volg je eerst interne trainingen, waaronder de Business Impact-training en de HelloID Provisioning-training.
