As a Customer Success consultant, you are constantly engaged in proactively and reactively managing, growing and retaining our SME relationships. You will do this by following up on marketing campaigns via phone and/or email. You identify cross- and upsell opportunities and sell new services and products to our existing customers. Furthermore, you follow up on alerts such as down trading and negative margins. You follow up on all sales activities involving the salesperson as soon as the first transaction is processed. You are flexible and always looking for the best way to serve customers and provide a consistent and positive customer experience.

As Customer Success Consultant the following will be part of your major tasks and responsibilities:
Manage portfolio by analyzing vendor volumes and margins and making adjustments as needed to achieve healthy margins
Proactive approach in consultative selling and suggest best practices, including the use of appropriate payment options to increase customer conversion rates
Accurately and effectively gather, record and analyze market challenges, industry opportunities and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
Manage an effective customer base of your New Business colleagues.
