Als Projectleider werktuigbouwkunde geef je leiding aan een team van werkvoorbereiders en projectorganisatoren. Je werkt intensief samen met collega's binnen elektrotechniek en bouwkunde om complexe technische uitdagingen te vertalen naar effectieve, veilige en duurzame oplossingen. Je begeleidt projecten met een doorlooptijd van minimaal twee jaar vanaf de tenderfase tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering. Jij zorgt voor:

Het samenstellen en aansturen van een projectteam, waarbij je stuurt op budget, planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.Het beoordelen van offertes en het beheren van meer- en minderwerk, inclusief het opstellen van heldere, betrouwbare financiële rapportages.Nauw en transparant contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers over voortgang en verwachtingen.Een efficiënte en veilige uitvoering op de bouwplaats, met oog voor kwaliteit, gezondheid en duurzame oplossingen.Inhoudelijke input in de tenderfase, waardoor je bijdraagt aan realistische, technisch onderbouwde en toekomstbestendige plannen. Je werkt bij BAM Bouw en Techniek - Projecten. Hier bouwen we aan slimme gebouwen en technische eyecatchers, zoals de A-pier op Schiphol en het nieuwe hoofdkantoor van ABN AMRO. Je komt terecht in een lerende organisatie waar techniek en samenwerken centraal staan. We werken met gestandaardiseerde processen, slimme (digitale) tools en innovaties, en we zetten sterk in op industrialisatie.
In deze rol werk je op een groot project in de Randstad, altijd op een goede rijafstand van je huis. Je standplaats is Bunnik, maar je zit voornamelijk op de projectlocatie.

Je hebt technisch inzicht, houdt overzicht en durft eigenaarschap te nemen. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategisch denken en praktische uitvoering. Je weet dat goed bouwen begint bij veilig werken en je neemt je team daarin mee. Je vindt het leuk om samen projecten naar een hoger niveau te tillen: met minder faalkosten, betere afstemming tussen disciplines en slimme, duurzame keuzes.

Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde (of een aanverwante studie), aangevuld met relevante werkervaring.Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider, bijvoorbeeld binnen de installatiebranche en ervaring met projecten met een elektrowaarde van > 10 miljoen.Optioneel: Kennis van contractvormen zoals UAV-GC, D&C en D&B.Je bent gedreven om processen te verbeteren, zodat projecten beter renderen.Je neemt initiatief, kunt overtuigen en stelt hoge eisen aan kwaliteit en resultaat.
