D2D - Digital PMO Manager

About the Job
As the owner of the D2D Digital project management methodology and change management support, you will act as a coach for all PMOs throughout every implementation step, from assessment to go-live. Your main objective is to build, maintain, and continually improve the project and program methodologies for all of the value streams and functions within D2D (IT & Data, Finance, R&I, C&P, Operations, and QFS), with 50% of your time dedicated to change management.
Your main responsibilities can be divided into three categories: methodology & deliverables, impact on business results, and process & projects.
Methodology & Deliverables :
Establish a framework and standard tools to support value streams and functions in executing and driving their respective projects and programs.
Maintain Project Management Office processes, tools, and core templates.
Promote agile methodology throughout the D2D value streams.
Provide support and be a catalyst for Change Management steps and methodology.
Support/co-lead the application of Change Management in D2D.
Impact on Business Results :
Provide supporting tools and solutions within the value stream
Through the creation of a PMO community, coordinate performance across D2D using diagnostic assessments, KPIs, and action plan implementation monitoring.
Monitor standards that drive transparency and efficiency to measurably improve D2D KPIs.
Influence the level of adoption of the new solutions/processes by supporting the growth of the change management capabilities.
Process & Projects :
Support all (major) programs with uniform PMO practices (governance, templates, etc.).
Coach value stream and function PMOs throughout execution, providing quality assurance throughout.
Provide PMO support for projects and programs that require assistance.
Provide Change Management support for projects and programs that require assistance.
About you
About You
Besides a passion to push Danone through its digital transformation journey, to be successful in this role, you will require:
Around 5 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant experience managing digital projects.
Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or working knowledge of E2E business.
Strong project management skills in both Waterfall (traditional) and Agile.
Strong Digital acumen.
Strong community management skills.
The ability to influence beyond hierarchies.
High analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Good communication capabilities with people from multiple backgrounds.
Ability to work autonomously.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Power BI
Advance English language speaking and writing. Other languages are considered a plus.
