    Your day to day:


    Supporting the daily audit process, ensuring all transactions from the night shift are correctly processed


    Handling payments, deposits, and refunds while making sure everything balances perfectly


    Monitoring and following up on outstanding invoices and debtor lists


    Communicating with guests or partners regarding payment reminders or billing questions by phone or email


    Checking and verifying that all departments follow financial and administrative procedures correctly


    Processing receiving sheets from purchasing and verifying supplier invoices


    Preparing manual refunds for review and approval by the Financial Controller


    Providing remittance advice or payment confirmations to suppliers when needed


    Assisting with reporting and data entry, keeping all financial records accurate and up to date


    Collaborating with other departments to solve billing issues or clarify transactions


    Upholding IHG and Crowne Plaza standards, ensuring that both our guests and partners experience professional, transparent financial service

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - An Associate's Degree or related work experience
    - CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in German language

    - Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents
    - Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
    - Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects

    - Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents

    Wat ga je doen?

    Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je legt uit hoe sparen en betalen werkt. Je werkt klantgegevens bij in het systeem. Je doet lichte administratieve taken. Je werkt samen met collega's van andere afdelingen.
